Definitely don’t use troyer if you want to be welcomed to the neighborhood. Horrible communication. Leaves trash and debris everywhere! Has 0 regard for neighbors. Northshore has many great builders. This isn’t one.
Can’t say enough about Troyer and his team. Great people, great custom homes. Built our dream home. Meticulously managed every stage of building with integrity and transparency. Job site was well managed, all subs are top notch.
Troyes homes do amazing work, very detailed and organized when going through the building process. We love working with them. Recommend to anyone!
