I'm totally recommended TroyCo. It's the best window company.
I would stay clear of TroyCo windows. Their salesman Jeff A. tried blackmailing me and told me that if I don’t give him more money, because he didn’t want to eat his mistake, he won’t give me the items I already paid for. What a crooked and corrupt company this is.
Let me preface this review by saying that I've been building houses and installing windows for over 35 years and have dealt with quite a few suppliers. I have been using Milgard for the last 25 years and will continue to do so. Recommended to me by another builder, I found TroyCo to be a very professional company. Purchased windows from Troy for our new house. I thought that it was pretty good service until now when after 4 month of moving in to our new house we still didn’t get our screens for windows. He has promised that it has been sent directly to our house but after 3 month of waiting and ignoring my emails I believe that’s it’s the kind of service and kind of people they are. Work with someone else to save you headache.
