My Experience. I went on a referral and the low cost grabbed me. No detailed health history was taken at any visit. Yes, there were a few short questions. At a particular visit, I asked for a preventative maintenance check, being that I chose to drive a distance (yes, Troy knew) for this particular doc., checking before I had pain, I thought, would be good.
