My father is moving here in a couple of weeks. So I went to the Troy MH Villa office to check on some rentals. The lady in the office said that I was welcome to look at the model homes. The manager or owner (??) started interrogating me about why I was looking for the rental instead of my father. After I told him my father was still in Kansas, he told the lady that I could look at the models. Save yourself the time of looking into renting at this mobile home park. There must be something in the management's water here because they or better yet to say "he" is on dictatorship power trip. Rules written in the lease agreement you can consider Null because the rules are changed by the minute everyday. I was denied the opportunity to move in with my girlfriend and roommate because its considered to them "multiple families"??? and also because I had stayed there for shortly over 2 1/2 weeks without letting them know???... read more

Awful. The park management is on a power trip and think it's fun to make residents lives Hell, with ridiculous violations (like cutting your own lawn, $100 fine) and harassment... It doesn't matter if you're an old woman, a hard working man, or a single Mother raising her kids.. Not a friendly or caring place at all, do not live here.
