This is my first Google review ever and the only reason I am doing this is to save others from having their animal harmed, or even worse, killed. We took our dog in for a spay and after two months her wound had still not closed. Rather than taking accountability for their poor job at closing the dogs wound, they blamed the dog. I also had a terrible experience with the “smiley” Dr. Warren. We brought in our 9 year old cat. He had experienced some weight loss and we were concerned. First of all the smiley doctor speaks at an incredibly high volume, instantly stressing out my pet. I worked for quite awhile. Dr. Sweppenheiser was able to assist a first calf heifer in delivering twins without a C-section. Very professional with an awesome staff.
If you're in an emergency, don't go here. The desk was just so beyond rude and insensitive.
