GO THIS PLACE!! Customer service is excellent. Staff is Awesome! Had major inconveniences with my insurance on replacement value.. Had rings resized, diamonds replaced. ended up bringing more of my jewellery back for repairs. Don't waffle.... Just go there..

I stopped here a week ago looking for assistance with an expansion bracelet. The bracelet belonged to my mother and for sentimental reasons, I like to wear it. I accidentally pulled it apart a couple of months ago and have struggled finding someone to repair it. I even used Chat GPT and this jeweller was rated tops in repairing expansion bracelets. So, when I recently was in the area, I stopped in. To my absolute delight, it was reconnected on the spot and I am happily wearing it again! I am very grateful!
Easy 5 stars for my experience with Troy Shoppe Jewellers. From start to finish this process was amazing. Lanny provided great customer service, a beautiful ring, and an even better price. He helped me with everything and made me feel comfortable and confident with such a large purchase. She said yes, and boy did she ever love her ring. 10/10 would use Lanny and Troy Shoppe again (Hopefully I don’t have to).
Had the best experience here, would recommend to anyone! Beautiful work, everyone was lovely, and very quick turn around for custom work.
