Don't bring Etsy rings here for resizing. I had my husband’s ring (originally purchased on Etsy) resized here and was advised there could be some colour change and loss of inner engraving, which we approved. Unfortunately, the ring came back looking completely different....chipped, charred, and with the engraving entirely gone. Husband said it's fine and we left.
