They called the cops because I had a claim against them while having a disability they discriminate against people with physical disabilities Do not come here unless you want unprofessional and rude and unwillingness to help with claims all they provided was the number for the claims department which does nothing because I had been seeing a dr for an entire year with no one willing to help provide information to deal with this situation and stress I recommend all state not these trashy messy people who pretend they’re workin... read more

Absolutely horrible service and crooked agency. Does not communicate, has left me without answers for over 3 weeks even after following up with him. Then he added an addendum for a cancellation fee for a policy we were looking at cancelling. Then told members of my team that another agency was a bad choice based on rumors he heard someone else mention. I am having a lawyer look into his actions.

They have always been very helpful, prompt and attentive to our needs. We had a small kitchen fire, and then our car was vandalized, and they handled both so professionally and wonderfully.

Austin at Troy Sharp American Family Insurance was kind, incredibly helpful and awesome to work with. My previous insurance rates were climbing, and then I had a car accident. I started looking to change insurance companies; and after getting quotes from several companies, Austin and American Family Insurance gave me the best value for my money.
