In case anyone is looking to rent from these people just so you know, their offices are better looking and well-kept than the apartments that they actually rent out and the locations that they rent out the apartments are in some very dangerous locations. For example there are drug dealers, literally outside your apartment selling drugs people lining up parking in your parking spot just waiting to buy drugs. It’s a really unsafe place. Wonderful housing program that should be used on a temporary basis
The neighbors are beyond obnoxious with noise constantly, all you hear is screaming and fighting nonstop especially all night long it never ends and banging constantly and loud music, no respect what do ever for days now, like respect goes a long way, what will it take to get some peace and quiet around here, bad business!!!!! It's to the point only so much a person can take!!!!!
I currently rent from them but the property manager doesn’t do his job, and doesn’t care about the concerns or safety of the tenants. The place needs to have weatherization done to it but they do nothing about it. The windows leak so bad that you freeze in the winter and roast in the summer. So really wish that I could afford a different place!!! I honestly don’t recommend anyone to rent from them!!!!
