We worked with Troy Ready Mix for years with no complaints. Then they were bought by SRM Concrete. We’ve had a terrible experience with them so far. We had a scheduled pour for a 26 yard slab- with a quote, the weather was bad so it was moved to the next Monday. FRIDAY at 4pm before the new pour date of Monday at 6am, we received a phone call that this company bought them out and wasn’t honoring any pricing. They raised the price and cost us $1,000 more. Great group of people and business.
I went here to pick up a new septic tank lid. They are very helpful here and will try to help in any way possible and the price was extremely affordable!
