Sheila McDonald is great, she is attentive and provides excellent customer service. Even after years I never met, nor spoke with Troy McCoy which was disrespectful as he should at least introduced himself, but because Sheila does such a good job for him I stayed. I submitted a claim that was never taken care of though I made multiple calls.

This is a long review, but first and foremost Sheila McDonald is amazing🙌. Unfortunately JJ Richards statefarm agency inherited a giant mess of coverage I had from another state farm agency👎. I left my old agency last December frustrated and just wanting coverage, my work policies squared away and to JUST pay my bill. My previous agency was screwing me over Including chargebacks,multiple policy errors,allowing random coworkers to change my policy without my knowledge and borderline fraud(TBD).
