Sheila McDonald is great, she is attentive and provides excellent customer service. Even after years I never met, nor spoke with Troy McCoy which was disrespectful as he should at least introduced himself, but because Sheila does such a good job for him I stayed. I submitted a claim that was never taken care of though I made multiple calls.
Shiela McDonald is amazing to work with and every time I have an issue she always fixes it for me and gives the best conversations.
Sheila has always gone above and beyond taking all the time necessary to answer all my questions. Troy McCoy's office in Battleground is the one place I will always recommend 100% the staff there is amazing.
Troy McCoy and his office staff have gone out of their way to make sure that our insurance needs are met. During a recent event, Office Manager, Sheila McDonald stepped forward and went the extra mile. Thank you, Sheila, for your time and help in this issue.
Shiela makes the McCoy Agency special. She'll go out of her way, e.g. to recommend how to earn a discount by taking a senior driver online course, to help offset recent rate increases. She's very patient as I try to figure out what coverage works best for us too. She's very fast in handling any policy changes as well.
