I had the opportunity to work with Troy and his office on one occasion and found them to be very helpful and friendly. We got the job done, and I was very pleased with the results
If I could leave a lower rating I would. The most unprofessional person I have ever delt with, including his secretary. Acted like a child on the phone and mocked my mom while she was trying to explain incorrect information his secretary gave to her. Instead of being professional he kept talking over her and not letting her explain what happened. Lacks serious people skills. Also assumed she didn't even know English because of her name. How unfortunate that others have to be your client.
