It doesn't look like a shabby place. Got a nice spread nice setup good view if your into the woods' y/nature look. It's got gas stations and decent food nearby. Easy to get off and easy to get on Highway 40, and the folks there can keep on picking their nose and licking windshields but they ain't too bad either.
I have personally never rented and never will. The man who answered the phone is the same man who rents the mobile homes out. (Troy) is so rude!
