I want to start by saying the people are very nice and friendly. That being said, the office side of it is just ridiculous. Your told you need test done before your next appointment only to show for your appointment without test result because they never scheduled them for you. When you call to remind them of needing the appointment youre told "we are waiting on insurance to approve it" and at the same time my insurance is telling me no approval is needed for that. They cancel appointments last minute and then try to schedule you a year out. Don’t bother. I’d rather drive two hours and actually be seen. Found a new dentist that will see me in two days. 10/10 do not recommend
I was a new patient here and back in March got impressions done for a top denture and bottom partial. Dr Hainly was the dentist I saw, I called today and Sheryl wouldn’t answer any questions after she told me they don’t do dentures and partials and now this clinic has left me without any teeth. I highly suggest going elsewhere as they will probably do the same to someone else without informing them of any changes. Dr. Meyer is a true professional in the field of family medicine. The staff is compassionate and if there is any problem you may be experiencing they do their best to get you seen as soon as possible.
this was my first time going to this laurel dental branch I can say hands down this is the best one at least in my experience I got seen as quickly as possible. The dental hygienist whose name i can not remember all i know was she had some fancy scrubs on she made sure I understood everything she was doing kept checking in on me before hand to make sure I was ok and she kept on making sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning she also listened to me ramble about my bad experience with getting the picture taken of my mou... read more
