Wholesalers, BEWARE. This law firm is completely anti-wholesaler and unprofessional to the core. At a recent closing, they deliberately trashed wholesalers in front of the buyer, made a $16,000+ mistake on the HUD, and then refused to take any responsibility for their error. I lost my house in a foreclosure auction because of the apathy and incompetency demonstrated by this firm. Instead of doing a proper title /lien search, It was the responsibility of the seller to provide this information. There was a strict 4:00 deadline and, at 3:25 , Jeremiah contacts me about a payoff statement. After that, all hell breaks loose. The buyer is freaking out and nobody will communicate with me. Efficient, Knowledgeable & Professional I'm bad about giving reviews, but I had to circle back to give this review for the Troy King Law Firm! I've been knowing Troy since 2018 & I've should've done a review for him a long time ago! I had a few real estate closings at Troy's Office over the last a few weeks! All I can say is that Troy & his staff gets it done & I can't hold him being from California against him!
