I highly recommend Mr Troy Keith. I booked in to see him after I fractured my ankle. He is very polite, kind and approachable. He really cares about his patients. Allison his practice manager is also helpful and super friendly.
I saw Mr Troy Keith for around two years and had two surgeries with him. Throughout this time I was always happy with him, he has very good bedside manners and sees you as a person rather then just your injury. He was easy to talk with and was always clear with the treatment plan. His receptionist Alison, was also very helpful whenever I called or emailed and always got back to me promptly.
I went to Troy for an Achilles problem. I had tried a number of physios but the issue was not improving. Troy also got me to try a few different strengthening exercises over a number of months, he did not at all push for a surgical option. After a few visits it was apparent the issue wasn't improving so I opted for surgery with Troy. After complications with brain surgery, I had a twisted foot for 15 months during which I was confined to a wheelchair or had to use crutches to get around. Fortunately my neurologist recommended Troy and the rest is history. Troy fused my ankle and rearranged ligaments or tendons. I'm not sure which, but the results have been amazing and I can now walk unaided quite easily. I’ve waited awhile to post this review. The outcome of my ankle surgery hasn’t been good but it was a significant break. I don’t think I have enough information to comment on Dr Keith surgical skills but I will say my surgery took a lot longer than expected and I wasn’t given any reason why which upset me. And this is exactly why I would never have any future surgeries with him; I have never had such poor communication and understanding from a doctor before in my life in my opinion.
