I have nothing but praise for Mr Troy Keith and practice manager Allison. From my very first appointment I knew that Mr Keith had my welfare as his priority. My ankle problems were more significant than I and other doctors and Physiotherapist realised. My ankle required fusion surgery. Mr Keith explained everything in detail. I recommend Mr Troy Keith for his expertise as a surgeon and for his approachable and pleasant manner when explaining the details of the operation he would perform on my broken heel and when answering my questions. Mr Keith stayed behind after he had dealt with his patients in order to examine me on the day that he received the X-rays of my broken heel. I highly recommend Mr Troy Keith. I booked in to see him after I fractured my ankle. He is very polite, kind and approachable. He really cares about his patients. Allison his practice manager is also helpful and super friendly.

I saw Mr Troy Keith for around two years and had two surgeries with him. Throughout this time I was always happy with him, he has very good bedside manners and sees you as a person rather then just your injury. He was easy to talk with and was always clear with the treatment plan. His receptionist Alison, was also very helpful whenever I called or emailed and always got back to me promptly.

I went to Troy for an Achilles problem. I had tried a number of physios but the issue was not improving. Troy also got me to try a few different strengthening exercises over a number of months, he did not at all push for a surgical option. After a few visits it was apparent the issue wasn't improving so I opted for surgery with Troy. The result has been a significant improvement, I'm mostly pain free and able to walk reasonable distances without any discomfort, that was simply not possible before the surgery.
