Troy Insurance has been very helpful to us over the years.They have always helped and supported us in our time of need.
The absolutely best insurance folks!! Personalized attention to every detail. Not cookie cutter plans but instead, very specific to your needs. They always bring up things that i had not even considered - thank goodness!!!! Have been with Troy for over 40 years!
They spoke to my barely Black mixed Corporate Employed daughter rudely, asking if her husband was going to live in the property he is buying and adding, oh so you are getting a divorce among other racial derogatory comments!!! The lady was outright rude and prejudiced!!! They definitely need a Cultural Awareness Course. I never heard someone talking to a Customer like that in my life! I Would definitely never recommend this racist Insurance Agency!!!
