Great neighborhood HOA fees are outrageous Still like it here. Been here 9 years.
Clean very pretty grounds. Dog pick up receptacles on premises. Seasonal pool but access hard (need to walk up incline and climb stairs) and shade after 1 or 2 pm due to trees. Variety of unit options, 1,2,3 bedroom and townhouses. Garages available. Parking limited and assigned at a cost. NO STREET PARKING at all. Recycling and garbage dumpsters on premises. Bulk garbage available a few times a year. Multiple management changes and assessments over past few years. HOA very involved.
