I scheduled a consultation specifically with Dr. Gust; however, he did not attend the appointment. I was seen by his physician assistant, who was professional and kind. That said, when patients schedule with a specialist, there is a reasonable expectation to actually see the MD. Had I been informed in advance that I would not see Dr. Gust, I could have decided whether to proceed. Dr Gust may be great but how we know after being his patient for months ?! The staff has proven to be atrocious. Front desk is friendly enough but don’t know what they’re doing at all. Upon the first visit the receptionist constantly referred to the wrong fracture location and argued about it!! Nothing has been explained no questions answered and no follow up. DR.TROY GUST explained to me about my neck surgery and what he did and showed me my before surgery and after surgery Xrays. He did an awesome job fixing my neck and nerves.
