Both office manager and owner are rude and unprofessional, they are also expensive compared to other places. My dog has had Terrible cuts with them multiple times, they never admit they screwed up, in fact they treat customers disrespectfully instead, I guess that's some over self confidence, I think because this business is over rated. The owner needs to be a little more courteous and professional. I'm not going back to this place nor I'd recommend it to anyone.
