My garage door stuck open today so I searched for a repair shop. Wi called Troy Garage Door and spoke with Tammy. I answered questions and even sent picture. But, when Tammy indicated she didn't have anyone available still today, I thanked her, but said I REALLY needed someone out today bcs I was uncomfortable leaving my garage wide open overnight. Our builder recommended Troy Garage Door in Granite City when we had a malfunction of the main garage door. Tammy (who answered the phone call) was outstandingly helpful and friendly! She scheduled Alex and Wesley to come out the same day, and within 30 minutes of their arrival they had us back in operation. The service was EXCELLENT, and the staff we delt with were competent and professional. We definitely would recommend them.
The 2 gentlemen (didn’t catch their names) came out and in a matter of minutes told me what needed replaced. Troy Garage no longer services the brand of garage door opener we have but showed me where to purchase the part, quoted me a price on installation, checked the springs and greased where needed. They were courteous, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend Troy Garage Door!
