Ordered a bedroom suite as well as a dining set on Dec 29, 2022. Was told at that time that the dresser might be a little late. I suppose that a little late means 6 months later as **** Furniture is telling me maybe May of 2023. Dining set chair shows up ******************* and even two weeks later no replacement. This establishment is long on promises and short on delivering on them. Oh yes, when the dresser does finally show up, I m sure there will be an additional delivery fee.

Mr. *********** purchased a bedroom and dining set that was in stock from us on 12.29.22. We special ordered a triple dresser also at that time from Oakwood (an amish company). We delivered all items that were in stock on 1.27.23. We noticed that there was a crack/chip on one of the dining chairs and immediately ordered a replacement. Once the replacement arrives, we will deliver the new chair at no additional charge. I did love Troy Furniture, but now I will never walk into that place again! I ordered two very expensive couches from them in January of 2020, I was suppose to receive them in March of 2020, well someone at Troy Furniture messed up our order so then Covid hit and we finally received them at the end of June of 2020, the day they were delivered all 4 recliners did not work, yes this was bad workmanship of Lazi-boy, Troy Furniture kept trying to get me to complain to Lazy-boy and I got nowhere with them because I purchased the ... read more
