If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST customer service. Ordered flowers to be delivered and was told there was no delivery driver. Cool, asked for a refund and she could not do that then somehow a delivery driver was available. Received the WRONG bouquet. Paid for a deluxe and got a standard. Called the next morning and was told I would get a call back the following day as they are "short staffed". Didn't receive a call, so I followed up again the next day. Very sweet ladies, we had a great chat.
Stopped by here to pick up a quick gift for my mother-in-law and I’m glad I did. I met Rosemary, she’s such a sweet lady and made the experience feel really welcoming. The shop has a nice variety of cute little knickknacks, gifts, and floral arrangements. It’s one of those places where you can walk in for one thing and end up finding something special.
