The lady who owns it was been doing this for many decades! Shes the best!
Husband ordered flowers for Valentine’s. We understand this is the busiest time for flowers. Not only was the order not delivered to me, when we visited the shop, the owner stated she did not know where the order was or the card. “I have too many orders.” Not our fault. Offered me a random plant. Husband asked for a refund. Told him to come back when it wasn’t busy, but she couldn’t refund the card processing fee. Just sad and disgusting. I really think they pulled this out of the trash before delivering to the sick immune compromised persons house it was gifted to. Stunning failure. Giving them the chance to make it right. If so, they redeemed themselves and agreed this was not their standard and review gets deleted by me. Purchased vs recieved - look at the stuffed animal! Gross!
