Patient at Troy Family Practice for over 10 years. There has been some turnover, but the staff does care and the Doctors and nurse practitioners spend adequate time and do not rush you out. I recommend Troy Family Practice.

Horrible receptionists – My experience within the last 3 years: Dr Bedi has all the attributes of a perfect family doctor. He listenes and does not give you the feeling of beeing just a number. The downside of the Troy Family Practice is the aweful and horrible staff. Face to face you might be lucky to get them on a good mood.On the phone they are always unfriendly. I switched to a different physician due to the experience with the staff.
Greatest Doctor Ever! – Dr. Syron is the greatest! I've been seeing him for about 5 years and he's absolutely wonderful. He treats our whole family. My kids love him. He listens and he is thourough. When my father died of cancer at Beaumont Hospital last year, he sat at the bedside and cried with us. He always treats me like I'm important. To top it off, his staff is great also. I'd rate the whole office as a 10 out of 10.
