Troy helped our family find the perfect home. He took a lot of time to understand what we were looking for and was very thoughtful throughout our search. Troy was very knowledgeable and made the process as stress free as possible.
Some realtors do things for show. They dress fancy and try to lecture you on social media about what you should and shouldn’t do. With Troy he asks questions, puts together a plan and then rolls up his sleeves. We showed our house in the middle of winter but that didn’t stop back to back open houses. When the house needed some salt , Troy brought salt. When the house needed some extra shoveling he did just that. Working with Troy was awesome! He was patient, focused, knowledgable and never rushed us throughout the process. He helped us find the perfect home for our family! Troy took the main stressors of selling our house away by giving us a framework for photos, staging, listing and closing. He was timely, accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. Troy was incredible in helping us buy our first home. He was always up for viewing new houses, no matter the distance or how many we had lined up in a day.
