Apparently it's fine to schedule appointments when you are closing and it's ok to cancel the appointment 2 days before, even though the patient has been waiting a month for this appointment.

I’ve never had a primary care doctor like most people I HATE going to the dr. I would just run into city md if sick well that will change. Dr Troy Dickinson is the nicest sweetest Dr I have ever had. He takes his time talks to you don’t rush you. The office staff was also very kind. He is someone I trust and would go back to. If you need a Dr. he’s definitely one to check into.

Good doctor. Horrible office. They don’t answer the phones and when they do they put you on hold forever. They don’t give messages to your doctor when you call, nor do they send necessary reports unless you call a hundred times. The nursing assistants are right out of the Wilfred Academy. Pitiful.
