Troy was our top choice to sell a rural homesite. He was familiar with the area and market. I’d give him a 4.5 if i could select it. He had many people to communicate with and was responsive to many inquiries. This was part if an estate which added complexities that he navigated well. Our experience with Troy was fantastic. Troy is someone who is going to work for you & get things done (Our house went on the market Wednesday, & we accepted an offer by the weekend). He is also someone who is going to shoot you straight throughout the process, which we appreciated during a time when there are a lot of things going on & needed to trust that things were being handled in the best possible way for our family. We hired Troy to sell a unique property that was currently in probate. There were a lot of components to navigate for this sale including the beneficiaries not getting along/agreeing on anything and the property being listed right as the holidays hit and the market slowed down.
