Troy design and Build did a good job with what I asked them to do. They moved my laundry room up stairs and up dated part of my bathroom. It took longer than expected and cost more than we talked about. But I’m pleased with the results. Tal the project manager did a good job staying on top of the work and keeping me informed.
Troy Design & Build executed my home project perfectly. We had an archway window cutout done in our living room wall and we are very happy with the results. They were professional and quick and made sure the job was done right.
Many areas were not sanded before painting even tho it was in the contract. Purchased the wrong size of door trim for all doors, and instead of purchasing the correct size added wood under each trim. Spilled paint on the brand new floors and when I asked them to clean it up they said “you’ve had construction in your home you’re going to have to do some cleaning”.They purchase the wrong base boards and confirmed they knew they weren’t the ones I agreed on and were hoping I wouldn’t notice, then blamed me when it caused them t... read more
Ben and the TroY Design and Build team went above and beyond to get our laundry and bathroom project done right and in a timely fashion. Any issues that arose Ben always dealt with immediately and in a very professional and customer first way. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience working with Joel and team for my kitchen renovation. They fulfilled our each and every wish and made several great recommendations. One of my cabinet was broken and old and had to be redesigned such that it would match. Joel and team worked hard to make sure the new cabinet matched with other old ones. We kept making changes to the project and Joel and team were always supportive and heard and fulfilled our demands. Overall very very happy with them and will be using them in future for any projects.
