I bought an OTHER AR15 from Troy, I had stove pipe issues. I called the company in W. Springfield for service. They would not have me bring it there. It was new. I was told to give it to the seller. I tried several times but he wouldn't answer the phone. Its 4 years and I think its fixed. I paid $100.00 to a gunsmith for service. I sure hope its fixed. I wouldn't buy another Troy anything.
BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!! Last week I purchased a new TROY A3 Pistol biased on the specifications from Troy's web site that Troy now admits is incorrect. I now own an AR that is useless to me due to Troy's posted descriptions & specs that may constitute both consumer fraud and negligent misrepresentation. I'm now stuck with a firearm for sale that's worth less because it's now pre owned without a warranty and accept my loss because TROY has refused to help. Worthless customer service.
