I'm so sorry I missed my appointment today. I had to go have my heart checked. I have to have surgery on my shoulder. It's dislocated and 3 tendons are broke. I've been moving and having to lift a lot of heavy boxes. I have the surgery on the 22. If I can have an appointment before that it would be good otherwise it'll be 6 to eight weeks after that for my recovery and physical therapy. I totally apologize 😔

The environment of the office and the emitted energy from personnel is quite warming and positive. They are all kind, patient and understanding of patients needs, concerns as well as requests.
