I wish I had read the reviews earlier. What a horrible company. If you use them after reading all the bad reviews, its one you when you get cheated they dont accept credit card payments which is yet another huge flag. AVOID like the plague.
Replying to the owner's response -- I did contact to resolve issues many times requesting an itemized receipt because they were clearly overcharging us nickel and diming for small things and was brushed off by their customer service on multiple occasions. I'd give 1 star, but we actually received our shipment which means they at least got that right. If you want to be quoted $2k for a shipment and actually have it cost $5k, go with Troy Lines.
Absolutely horrible experience l. Never again this company overcharges you and lacks in communication and prices. Then sends your shipment to the highest forward company around NEVER AGAIN
