Absolutely horrible experience l. Never again this company overcharges you and lacks in communication and prices. Then sends your shipment to the highest forward company around NEVER AGAIN
Beware and Do not use this company ever. Everyone in the company lies starting from the rude Hilda who hanged up on me after I found out she used a different invoice for pricing my custom duty for me to pay a higher fee. Once I confronted her about the discrepancies, she never apologized but said she was gonna put in the right info. After a few hours, sent me a different custom duty to pay.
