We have continued to use Troy cleaners despite the numerous challenges that the pandemic has on their business, and all of our lives. We tried to give them the benefit of doubt, but they continue to disappoint. We continue to experience rude customer service and poor delivery against their commitments. Furthermore, we are tired of "Chasing" their value. 1) Why don't we get a promotional discount if we mistakenly don't carry our phone into the store when dropping off, and physically show them their coupon? My daughter brought her wedding dress here to be steamed before her wedding in Antigua. When she picked it up it had huge rust spots on it. There was only one person who was nice to her about it. Everyone else from this company was rude and condescending to her. They were able to fix it, thank goodness, but were then rude and tried to charge her more than originally quoted. Poor customer service

My sister took her wedding dress to the Brighton location to be steamed and pressed before they left for their elopement, and when she picked up the dress it was covered in orange splotches all over the dress from what we can only assume was the steamer. There was an attitude as soon as we called the first time to check on the progress this morning and we were told from the employee the owner was mad that another employee offered the service at a discount for the mistake.
