Customer service is None, Ordered something from them the last of May came with a missing part. Contacted Bill at Customer service. He wrote me June 2nd letting me know he was waiting on the part to come in. Here it is Dec 8th and Bill will not answer any emails I have sent to him asking about my part. I guess TBM once they get your money that's it so service after the sale. Will not order from them again.
Worst customer service I ever had, ordered blades for my s800 they never arrived, in fact I never got a receipt, or tracking number till today, 4 days late, after asking. No sorry no nothing, I would not advice buying here! Plus after the fact I found the same blades on amazon for a quarter of the price. They are excellent at not responding to emails and trying to help a person out
I have been waiting for esm spare parts (including retracts) every time I call them they told they are going to receive a shipment in 3 weeks. Do not if I am so lucky that every shipment does not come with the parts I need, I have 5 ESM airplanes. The 3 week story began 6 months ago, so they are pretty long 3 weeks. If you are going out of the market with ESM models just say so.
Bought SR-9 Oct. of 2013. came with damaged Windscreen. Bill said send pics and would get new one. I did this and have contacted him serveral times on when I would get replacement. Is now June 23, 2014 and still NO windscreen. Wounder if still is business? No return on emails or calls. I would NOT RECOMMEND this co. until they can provide better service. Stuck with plane I can't fly.
