Troy with Troy Built Automotive was able to diagnose and fix the problems on my 2005 BMW. No more flashing warning lights on the dash!! I highly recommend using his services. He is professional, courteous, dependable, honest, and direct as to how I should maintain my car.
Troy Kountz claimed he put a "new" battery in my car 9/2018 and said it had a "warranty." Just last week 4/2021 I went directly to NAPA Auto Parts to have it replaced because my car had difficulty starting. Once they looked at the battery, they discovered it was dated "2014." Troy charged me $168.00 for this battery and lied about it being new and under warranty. He lied, overcharged me and most importantly, put me at risk as a driver. DO NOT LET THIS MAN WORK ON YOUR CAR!!!!!!
