I can't say enough about this place. The vehicle service is top notch, but their customer service is wonderful. I've had some negative experiences with other shops in the past and I will never go anywhere else.

I unexpectedly had a dead car battery. Kyle was there much sooner than the wait time I was given by AAA. After jumping my battery he suggested it might be time to replace it and he had the battery I needed on his truck. It was so nice to have it all taken care of efficiently so that I could get back on the road. I was very satisfied by the service I received from Kyle and Troy Auto Care. They were able to take a frustration and turn it into a solution that got me back on the road. Thank you!

I got stranded today in Madison heights . Devin K was my driver and he was super polite and super helpful . I know how it is in customer service and when you can have someone who talks to you like a person and does a fantastic job like this there is usually no complaints in that department .
