BJ came out to fix my sink and he was great! Not only did he fix the fix the sink he had great sense of humor
Troy and Son’s plumbing are professional and personable. BJ did not price gouge me and gave me a price for repairs up front. Tammy did an excellent job getting me scheduled.
I had an unknown water leak and was alerted by the water company. We called Troy and sons and they were able to make an appointment and come out quickly. BJ was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was in and out and made the situation so much less stressful. Couldn’t recommend them more! 10/10!
Great experience, my house was flushed and a major blockage cleared in under an hour. BJ communicated the issue and his course of action so clearly (to someone who is extremely unfamiliar with plumbing). He restored my house to working order and gave further instruction to avoid this same issue in the future, impeccable service from BJ and his team!!
BJ was so helpful and kind! Thank you for fixing our kitchen sink and master shower!
