Waited 2 weeks for an appointment and told to show up 15 mins early. Got there and gave them my info. Then was told Dr albott had to cancel because of the storms the prior night he didn't have power or water and wouldn't be in. Well I had the same issue. No power or water at my house due to the storm. But I still made it to my appointment. Do you know what my job would expect of me if I had to work today? To show up. You have a job to do. Worst doctor I've ever seen, doesn't listen, gives false statistics, didn't want to do my bloodwork at yearly exam. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE!
Provider is rude, assumptive and prejudiced. He consistently made assumptions based on irrelevant factors (he asked if I was an IV drug user because I have cultural tattoos) He is hostile, refuses to do PA’s for medications he wrote and talks poorly of patients in their notes and where other patients can hear. Also took a medication I have been on for 3 years to help my muscle spasms due to MS because he decided they were not daily meds when was managing my symptoms fairly well with no pain medication. I have never dealt with such a disrespectful and rude office and doctor. I tried three separate times to work with this doctor and this office but I should have left after the first appointment when I was demeaned for being a woman. I absolutely love IUHEALTH but would not recommend this office or doctor at all. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Both the staff and doctor are incredibly rude and do not care for your health.
Saw Dr Abbott for the first time today and he was amazing!! I have been trying to find a Dr that would listen and I found him!!
