Troxell Insurance is by far the most reliable and helpful insurance agency we have been with to date. We hold business insurance as well as personal insurance with them. Jake Rourke and Kathy Ohl have been our agent and manager for years now. What can I say other than they are great to work with. Kathy is always very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. 👍👍
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Austin Mudd. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails regarding my initial request to explore better rates, I have not received a single response. If you are earning a commission from my insurance payments, the least you could do is provide proper service and maintain decent communication with your clients. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this agent or the company to anyone looking for reliable service.

I have had many negative experiences when it comes to insurance. Yet, with Morgan at Troxell, I had the best experience I have ever had with anyone regarding insurance. She was readily available, answered all of my many questions, and was of great spirit while doing so. She was able to assist me with my issue and solve it completely. I am so appreciative of the efficiency, candor, and level of expertise presented by Morgan during all forms of correspondence.
Sharlene handled the E&O insurance for my appraisal company and she is great! So easy to work with and always answers the phone when I call her for any need. I highly recommend her for your insurance needs!
