Trower Pump Service came out the day after I called having no water at our shop. After troubleshooting, he figured out the pump needed to be replaced. He was friendly and professional, had everything on the truck he needed to do the job so I didn't have to wait. I definitely will trust them with our well maintenance and repair in the future. Highly recommend this company.
I can't say enough good things about Neil! He is a professional that knows his trade. It's never a good thing to have your well pump go out. I called Neil and he showed up within hours, even though he was backed up with jobs. He told me that my well pump was still under warranty and to call the original installer. I didn't know that. He could have sold me a new pump but told me the truth instead. I called the original installer and he said that he would warranty it.
