I had an appt 3 month or more ago for a night guard. Mine had broken and I am grinding and broke a tooth. They promised to make it and get back to me regarding my teeth grinding Jaw Pain. Well the last Dr who worked with me there is no longer there however this Dr said He would do it and has not. I’m in bad pain and having terrible headaches. They Were also very aloof when I asked after Dr Paul Kalish. I’d find new Dr’s. I am hoping to find dr Paul Kalish again.
I have had two extractions and one implant so far. I would never go to anyone else. Amazingly painless. Explains clearly. Exudes quiet confidence. Going for another implant soon.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Because this was an issue involving my daughter, I was very nervous and they were completely understanding, patient and always available. Dr. Trowbridge even gave me his cell number in case I had questions post-surgery. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with.
