I only gave it a star so I could give a comment. I'm looking for a real estate lawyer or firm, however, after reading some of the reviews for this firm I'm not confident that they would serve me well. Effective communication is a must and it doesn't appear that this firm does that consistently according to the reviews I read. I will have to pass on hiring them for my matter.

Beware:they drop the ball and don't work on ur stuff for weeks.They make u pay a deposit and don't do anything to give notice to ur tenant until they feel like it.Wasted time and tenants get to stay longer.
