This goes to whoever answered the phone. My time is just a valuable as yours and you should respect that. Waisted my time, let me go thru the entire spill of my situation and then tells me that they are not taking new clients. I understand that you are screaming customers to see if you want to take the case. You could have asked for a “brief”description and been honest with me and said that they would not be interested in my case or that they are “not taking new customers” from the start.
