Mike and Eric are consummate professionals. I had called a couple other companies to replace the original waste and overflow in a 1956 home. One was “too busy” and the other’s price was astronomical. I called Mike and he came out and gave me a price. It was very reasonable and they were ready to work. The decision was easy. And they did a great job.
What an awesome company. Eric stopped out today and did such solid troubleshooting on a leak concern I had and left with me what to watch for and when to actually be concerned. He went above and beyond and approached it intelligently and thoroughly. Every experience with this company over the years have been rock solid...and all my dogs over the years have loved them.
They installed a sump pump with battery backup a little over a year ago. We were gone for the winter. When we returned it would only operate on the battery backup. We called Mike and he was out the same morning and replaced it under warranty. I'm very pleased with the attention and timeliness of the repair. Definitely recommend them.
Used theys guys twice already in the past 4 years. There response time is quick. And they do quality work at a very fair price. We will continue using Trowbridge plumbing for years to come.
