I was in Austin last week for a meeting and had several hours to kill before flying out. I had researched many custom hat makers and decided I would stop by Trovador on my way to the airport. Trovador was exceptional! I was early for my appointment (I came a long way) and they were able to start immediately. I am a first time hat buyer and Ryan walked me through so carefully. Picking the color, then the style and it went back and forth many times but during it all he was listening and together we told my story of motherhood, adventuring and faith. Can’t wait to see MY hat!
What a cool shop, love the vibe. Both Ryan and Jacqueline we’re so helpful in assisting me with my first real quality custom hat. Couldn’t be happier, I’ll be even more happy when it’s completed. Highly recommend!
