There are no greater people than Joe Troutman and his family and employees.I have experienced 4 family members deaths and I worked directly with Joe! It is hard enough loosing a loved one much less having to make decisions. When you have professional caring family like Joe’s ,your worries are over!!! they find out what you want...it is done !!! Never will I go back. If we had the money to transfer my grandpa we would have. The owner or who ever was very rude and when we were trying to talk about a payment plan he didn't want to at first. Fast forwarding to the day of the funeral. You know how after it you follow them to the grave with the police and stuff. Nope. No one knew about it until they announced. Some family members didn't even know how to get there.
