We love Troutman Animal Hospital. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr.Novosad is great with both of our dogs, especially my very nervous boy Rocky.
The easiest way to describe how amazing this Animal Hospital is to describe the fact my little buddy of almost 9 years ENJOYS seeing each staff member. Does he enjoy procedures? No, what dog (or human) does? Yet he never feels anxiety in the interaction with the wonderful staff that works to ensure he feels as welcome as I do. I'd recommend no other animal hospital. These people are saints as far as I'm concerned.
