On May 15, 2018 my Jeep became stuck, while traveling in Portland, when the starter failed. Troutdale Transmission & Auto Repair was kind enough to fit me in the next day. Once completed, I was informed that the starter had a one year warranty. In late February 2019 I contacted Bruce (the owner or Troutdale Transmission) and let him know that the car was in the shop in Washington with a starter failure.
