I have lived here 7 years and the list of negatives with past managers would be way to long to write out. The current manager Chris Barton is hands down the best manager I've met he keeps things squared away with keeping our homes fixed but also a top notch attitude and well versed in conversation. I can only hope Chris Barton stays here in my neighborhood because whatever business needs done he gets it done.
Chris Barton has came in on the past year and completely turned this place back around!!! He is a amazing manager and he has dedicated his time and energy above and beyond to make this a safe, family friendly place. He has done a fabulous job ! We are lucky to have had him as our manager.!.
Nice and quiet and freshly remodeled for the most part. Very nice.
