EDIT/UPDATE: Much Better: Was 2 star, now 4 star. Trout acknowledged the problem, got the permit submitted and inspection scheduled quickly, and thankfully my city has a short wait for that. They satisfactorily completed the work the day after the rough inspection. AND they are providing some cost relief because of the mix up. Awesome company! Great people.
The service and process was really fast. After figuring out the association approval process and the electrician had to come out to survey. In a matter of two weeks the install was complete. Ran into some city inspector issues but looks like they will be resolved by you guys. Permits were filed but city didn’t received I suppose. The unit is working perfect and no issues so far.
