Great commercial real estate outfit that really does offer boutique level service. It is not out of the ordinary to find clients, and related parties, that have been conducting business together for over 3 decades with TD&A. Very fun group of talented individuals. I live next to a property where the tax records show Steven Cornblatt as the owner. He is a Principal at this company. To be clear, I am not sure if this property is personally owned by Mr. Cornblatt or if it is owned by Trout Daniel & Associates (see update below). I had an issue where someone was on my property and I asked them why they were on my property. They explained they were doing work on the house next door.
