We found toxic black mold in our home and immediately contacted our insurance company. This became an arduous and painful process as they were unwilling to cover anything. We were lucky enough to be referred to Trouble in Paradise and we are so grateful for that. Bryce and Stefanie were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are knowledgeable and reliable. They helped us settle on a case that was near impossible and it was done with the absolute best results. We highly recommend them!

Bryce's 16 years of experience comes out in your first conversation with him. Very knowledgeable. Understands the insurance company model, including differences amongst each carrier. Strongly recommend!

My adjuster was Eric. Great to work with he helped me through out this sometimes very frustrating process (dealing with the insurance co. & attorneys.) He always answered my phone calls & concerns. We finally settled my case. Eric was great to work with.

Ok where do I start? Bryce came out for a leak in my house after my leak detection company referred me. I am grateful to this day for that. Stefanie contacted me and drafted up how this would all go down as I’ve never filed a claim before.
