Disappointed at best. Their site says and eludes to only getting paid if they collect. Not exactly the true or the case. They still want to be paid their 10% even after it now requires an attorney and threat of lawsuit to truly get paid and we have to pay the attorney fee on top of theirs. So it turns into a chicken or the egg scenario that they claim they did all the work, but ultimately could not get it over the finish line to truly collect from the insurance company. Bryce's 16 years of experience comes out in your first conversation with him. Very knowledgeable. Understands the insurance company model, including differences amongst each carrier. Strongly recommend!
